In October 2014, KMEP launched its Pilot Take Note Vocal and Instrumental Tuition programme in a small number of primary and post-primary schools across the county. Tuition takes place in small groups where children are facilitated in learning music with their peers. Since its launch, children across the county have been given access to music education through this pilot initiative. We currently have almost 200 children learning instruments such as voice, guitar, drum, tin-whistle, recorder and participating in ensemble playing.
